Delivery & Installation Terms

We currently offer free delivery and installation for orders over $500 within a 25 km radius of the Ryde area.

For orders under $500 within this radius:

  • Delivery fee: $45

  • Installation fee: $35

For delivery and installation outside the 25 km radius (including the Greater Sydney region), please email us to request a custom delivery quote.

At this time, all artwork is delivered exclusively by our in-house installer to ensure safe and direct delivery to your door within the Sydney region.

  • Delivery only will be arranged within 2–3 days after your order is placed.

  • If installation is required, delivery and installation will be scheduled within 7 days of your order.

For Sydney region orders (within a 25 km radius of the Ryde area), delivery and installation will take place between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Our service team will contact you via email within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm the delivery and installation details.

Installation Terms

Free installation is included with eligible orders; however, the following conditions apply:

Height & Access Limitations
Free installation does not cover any work that requires access above 3 metres in height or on staircases. Additional charges will apply for elevated or complex installations.

Site Access & Readiness
Please ensure that the installation area is clear, accessible, and ready prior to the scheduled time. If access is obstructed or delayed, a rebooking or call-out fee may apply.

Wall Type Requirements
Installation covers standard wall types such as plasterboard, brick, or concrete. For non-standard surfaces (e.g., tile, glass, metal, or textured walls), additional charges may apply and must be confirmed in advance.

Mounting Hardware
Standard mounting hardware is included. If custom brackets, anchors, or reinforcements are required due to the artwork size or wall condition, we will provide a quote for the additional cost.

Structural Responsibility
We are not liable for any damage to internal wall structures (e.g., electrical wiring, plumbing, or weak studs) unless these have been clearly disclosed before installation.

On-Site Changes or Delays
If the installation cannot proceed as planned due to site conditions or customer unavailability, a rescheduling fee may be charged.

Weather Conditions (for outdoor installations)
Outdoor installations may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions.
